How billing works
Annual billing
Subscriptions renew once a year.
Subscriptions belong to you, not your group
You subscribe and choose which groups to apply your subscription to. If you administer multiple groups, they're all covered under a single annual renewal at the volume rate. If you leave a group or step down from admin, any other admin can start a new subscription — the group isn't stuck waiting for you.
Adding a group mid-year
When you add a group, you're charged immediately for it, prorated to the day for however much of your current annual period remains. For example, if you add your second group six months into your year, you're charged half of $10 — $5 — right away. At your next annual renewal, all your groups bill together on the same date.
Cancellation
You can cancel at any time. Your groups remain fully accessible until the end of the paid period — cancelling doesn't cut off access immediately. There are no refunds for unused time.
