How billing works
Annual billing
Subscriptions renew once a year.
Subscriptions belong to you, not your group
You subscribe and choose which groups to apply your subscription to. If you administer multiple groups, they're all covered under a single annual renewal at the volume rate. If you leave a group or step down from admin, any other admin can start a new subscription — the group isn't stuck waiting for you.
Adding a group mid-year
When you add a group, you're charged immediately for it, prorated to the day for the remainder of your annual period. For example, adding a second group halfway through your year costs $5 — half of the $10 increment. At your next renewal, all groups bill together on the same date.
Cancellation
You can cancel at any time. Your groups remain fully accessible until the end of the paid period — cancelling doesn't cut off access immediately. There are no refunds for unused time.
